I have used kale in salads, smoothies, stir fry and even kale chips (baked in oven), but i could never make my family eat kale , other than disguising it in spinach dal, and that works too.
Potatoes with Kale recipe????
Now this recipe is a simpler version and something that can even be used next day in your toast fillings, and an easier option for kids who do not prefer dal, but love potatoes.
This is very similar to my aloo methi recipe . This recipe of course uses Kale leaves instead of fenugreek leaves and i have also added garlic in this, as that really helps to bring out the flavour of kale.It is a quick and simple recipe and you do not need too many ingredient to cook this.

My first recipe with kale and it did not disappoint. I’ve done it few times now and last time in a pressure cooker adding a cup of veg or chicken stock and cooking all at once for 2 min and natural release. Yum!
My family and I REALLY enjoyed this
dish. I love that it’s easy to make and the ingredients are uncomplicated. This recipe is a real keeper. Thank you so much.
