Ingredient & Substitutions
Watermelon and Pineapples : Of course as it is watermelon and pineapple ice lollies, you need these two fresh fruits. Watermelon is hydrating, naturally sweet, and gives a beautiful colour. Pineapple on the other hand adds a tropical tang and balances the sweetness
Sweetener:You can use any sweetener of your choice. Honey as an option is natural and mild. Maple syrup has a deeper flavour. You can also use sugar as i have used in this recipe or simply skip the sweetener entirely if the fruits are very sweet.
Lemon juice: I add lemon juice as it enhances flavour of the fruits and prevents dull taste.
