Blueberry grapes cucumber smoothie
A refreshing blend of, blueberries flavour, sweetness of the grapes, and freshness of cucumber.
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup red seedless grapes
- 1/2 slice cucumber
- 1/2 inch slice of fresh ginger
- a handful of pistachios
- 1 cup greek yoghurt
- water to adjust consistency
- ice cubes
To make it vegan-
To make this vegan , add nut milks/ coconut milk or coconut yoghurt!
I used greek yoghurt and water as liquid base to get the consistency, but if you are a vegan, you can replace greek yoghurt with coconut yoghurt and it will just be perfect!
To make it more rich and creamy -
- Add 1/2 and avocado
- Add a frozen banana if you want it more sweet and creamy.
