MAKING GARLIC BUTTER AT HOME
To make garlic butter, take 2 tbsp of your regular butter (make sure it is smooth enough to mix). I use Kerrygold butter, or yeo valley organic butter. In India my mum makes this using Amul butter.Grate 7-8 cloves of fresh garlic, and mix in the butter. Add 1/4 tsp of dried oregano . Give everything a good mix, and store in a jar in the fridge.
