5-Minute Banana Nut Dessert

**Ingredients:**
- 2 bananas, halved
- 1 tbsp Nutella or your favourite chocolate spread
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- A few crushed nuts of choice (e.g., pistachios, walnuts, pecans, hazelnuts)

**Instructions:**
1. Cut the bananas in half.
2. Spread the chocolate spread on the banana halves.
3. Drizzle peanut butter as much as you like
4. Sprinkle crushed nuts on top.

Enjoy your quick and delicious dessert!

Happy pancake day !

We love the basic sugar and lemon 🍋 pancakes 🥞
Our favourite #britishpancakes #thinpancakes (not exactly crepes) with lashings of sugar and freshly squeezed lemon juice 🍋. It is just sooooo delicious
and so fresh .

I make these #eggless for #shrovetuesday
Here is the recipe if anyone wants to try these
1 cup wholewheat flour
1 cup self raising flour
1 tbsp oil
2 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sugar
Butter/ oil to cook

To drizzle
2 tbsp icing sugar
Juice of freshly squeezed lemon 🍋

Mix all the ingredients of the pancake, till you get a smooth slightly runny batter ( add more milk if needed)
Heat a non stick pan
Add a touch of butter, just enough to prevent pancakes from sticking
Pour the mix on slightly hot pan ( medium heat)
Let one side cook ( slightly golden)
Gently flip on the other side and cook

Pile all pancakes.

Once cooked sprinkle icing sugar with a seive .
Squeeze lemon juice

Roll over the pancakes and sprinkle some more sugar, and lemon juice if you like . Serve warm!

Have been making these blueberries and banana muff

Have been making these blueberries and banana muffins for quite sometime now , and these always turn out so moist and insanely delicious!

Made a batch of 12 yesterday and they are almost all gone.
Kids just love these.

I make these using half and half of self raising flour and wholewheat flour, and used brown sugar and gur shakkar as sweeteners.

You can use just wholewheat flour, or just self raising flour. Regular sugar can be used for sweetening.

Here is the recipe for these delicious and moist banana and blueberry muffins.

2 mashed bananas
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla paste
1/2 cup oil / butter / ghee ( i used ghee for this recipe)
2 tbsp of milk

1/2 cup self raising flour
1 cup wholewheat flour
1/2 cup gur shakkar
1/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup blueberries
1/2 tap baking soda
1tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt

Preheat the oven at 180degrees.
Line the muffin tray with 12 liners.

Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl , keeping aside blueberries.

Mash the bananas, add egg , oil, vanilla and milk. Mix everything.

Add all the dry ingredients. Combine well.
Add more milk if consistency is too thick.

Fold in blueberries.

Add to the muffin liners filling them almost 3/4.

Bake for about 20-25 minutes.
Check with a skewer if it comes out clean, the muffins are done.

Let them cool.

Click save to try these delicious banana blueberry muffins.

We love having a side of veggies with our regular meals at dinner time.
I try and have one simple veggie side, either pan fried, sautéed, steamed or roasted.
We shuffle between broccoli, beans, carrots, asparagus, depending on whatever is in season and available in the fridge.

@ninjakitchenuk Air fryer has surely upped my game.
It has become a breeze making these vegetable sides.

Cooked these maple glazed carrots last night, and they tasted amazing.

I try to make my meals toddler friendly so cooked these for 20mins as i wanted them to be tender.

You can cook for less time if you like that crunch.

Here goes the recipe for maple glazed carrots #dinnertime🍴

1/2 kg carrots, sliced

1 tbsp oil
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tbsp maple syrup
Salt to taste
Mix all ingredients (except carrots) , add a tsp of hot water .

Coat the carrots in the syrup.

Add everything to the airfryer.
Cook at 190° for about 18-20mins, making sure you shake /flip carrots after half time.

I topped mine with chilli flakes and dried herbs !

Ventured into a world of enchantment @magicalwoodland on a crisp October night .

The Halloween light trail through magical woodlands was a journey of #spooktacular wonder.

The illuminated woods came alive with the spirit of the season, and we couldn’t help but get lost in the magic of it all.

Kids loved all the drama and the mistique🎃✨.

My elder one loved meeting her favourite #wednesdayaddams , and the lil one couldn’t get enough of the #dinosaurs .

The food was excellent too!

Wish i had known about this earlier so I could’ve shared it with you guys here.

Located #blakemerevillage , Cheshire, its on till 31st October, but mostly sold out.
However you can check their website @magicalwoodland incase any slot is available tonight or tomorrow.

They do have a #lighttrails for Christmas too.

The weekend was spent picking the perfect pumpkins, sipping on pumpki lattes and enjoying their cozy cafe with Halloween vibes and lots of beautiful Halloween stuff to shop .

It was a rainy day , but that can’t stop us from having the autumn fun 🎃

If you are in Cheshire /Manchester i would recommend a visit here. Lovely time spent with kids.

When I posted this bhel picture on my stories last week, some of you messaged me for the recipe.

So sharing it here for you guys.

Though there’s no particular recipe I followed for this. I was craving for a chat pata snack, and wanted something ‘healthiesh’ .

So just assembled whatever ingredients i had ,to make this.

Now lets get the street food vibes right to your kitchen guys 🍽️ !

For those who are not familiar with this snack, ‘Bhel puri’ , this is my favourite Indian street food .

It is basically a party in your mouth .

A symphony of textures and flavors, this is a mix of crispy puffed rice, crunchy roasted chickpeas, zesty tamarind chutney, and a burst of tangy goodness!

It's like a crunchy, spicy, and tangy confetti explosion of flavours in your mouth !

Ingredients:
- 2 cups puffed rice
- 1 cup roasted chana/ roasted black chickpeas
- 1 small finely chopped onion
- 1 small diced tomato
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro/ coriander
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup tamarind chutney (homemade or i used @maggi_uk #tamarindchutney )
- 1 small green chilli diced
- 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Drizzle of fresh lime

Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine puffed rice, chickpeas, onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and green chillies 2. Drizzle with tamarind chutney to your desired level of spiciness and tanginess. If you have green mint chutney so add that.
3. Sprinkle with chaat masala, red chili powder, and salt.
4. Toss everything together until well coated.
5. Drizzle fresh lime juice.Toss well.
5. Serve immediately and savor the explosion of flavors in every bite!
