Surprisingly this smoothie ,turned out really nice, light and very refreshing, so I’m sharing the detailed with you people.Blueberry cucumber smoothie, this is not one of the thick and creamiest smoothies, but very refreshing, and perfect for the summers. It has really nice flavours of , sweetness of the grapes, and  freshness of cucumber. I add a little slice of ginger, and some ground pistachios in this one , to add to the flavours.

To make it -

I used greek and water as liquid base to get the consistency, but if you are a vegan, you can replace greek with coconut and it will just be perfect!

To make it more rich and creamy –

  1. Add 1/2 and avocado
  2. Add a frozen if you want it more and creamy.
